By accessing or using RiskEvents (“the Service”), operated by Leadenhall Analytical Services Ltd (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

RiskEvents provides AI-generated risk event intelligence for informational purposes only. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice, actuarial analysis, or independent verification. Event classifications, impact assessments, and structured intelligence are generated by automated systems and may contain errors.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information displayed. We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on information provided by the Service.

4. Use restrictions

You may use the Service for lawful purposes consistent with its intended use as a risk intelligence tool. You may not: scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data beyond the provided RSS feed; redistribute content without attribution; or use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair it.

5. Intellectual property

Event summaries, classifications, and structured intelligence generated by the Service are provided for informational use. Source attributions link to original reporting by third parties, whose content remains subject to their own terms and copyright.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leadenhall Analytics Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
